William Darryl Roberts, Jr., 59, of Carthage, passed away on Thursday morning, Aug. 18, 2016, at his home in Carthage. He was born on Dec. 8, 1956, in Albuquerque, NM, to William Darryl Roberts, Sr. and Ella Jean Norris Roberts. He graduated from Keller High School. Mr. Roberts worked for General Motors until his retirement.

Survivors include his parents, William Darryl Roberts, Sr. and Ella Jean Norris Roberts of Keller; children, Nickole Martinez of Killeen, William Dustin Roberts of Kerens, and Sierra Roberts of Mineral Wells; siblings, Steven Brian Roberts of Chico and Lynnette Gail Roberts of Keller; four grandchildren, Liam, Savannah, Tristan, and Isaiah; and caregiver and friend, Ginger Adams-Compton of Carthage.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 21, 2016, at City Cemetery in Carthage with Bro. Bob Scott officiating under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Josh Gray, Bobby Taylor, Craig Higgins, Kyle Lake, Don Poole, and Kirk Burleson.
