William L. Brown, Jr., 53, of Easton, TX, passed away on Friday, June 5, 2020, in Wood County, TX. William Lopeze Brown, Jr. was born on Aug. 22, 1966, in Longview, TX to William Brown, Sr. and Paneltha D. Roberts Brown. He graduated from Henderson High School with the class of 1985, and attended Tyler Jr. College, the University of Phoenix, and TSTC in Marshall. Mr. Brown served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1989-1993, and was honorably discharged. He worked in maintenance at area U.S. Postal Offices and formerly for Letourneau Industries in Longview. Mr. Brown attended Antioch and Walnut Grove Baptist Churches. He was preceded in death by his mother.

Mr. Brown is survived by his father, William Brown, Sr.; daughters, Mykia Pauley and Willena Brown; sisters, Pamela Brown and Sabrina Brown; step-daughter, Timmecha Townsend; and grandchildren, Laterrion and Mariah Pauley, Jaylen and Dequinn Dansby, and Yoma Lopeze Misaghi. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends also survive Mr. Brown.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 20, 2020, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kirthell Roberts officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. An inurnment will be held at a later date at Walnut Grove Cemetery.

Honorary pallbearers are Bert Jackson, Bryan Jackson, Malik Rascoe, John Pauley, Darwin Pauley, Jermaine Wade, MacArthur Lee, Jelani Wafer, Officer Kurt Kelley, Gregory Brantley, Bryson Jackson and Braylen Jackson.
