IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Virginia Rose
Cole Mcfadden Aaron
November 20, 1941 – October 14, 2023
Virginia Rose Cole McFadden Aaron, 81, of DeBerry, TX, passed away on Saturday evening, Oct. 14, 2023, in Longview, TX. Virginia was born on Nov. 20, 1941, in McGreggor, TX to the late David Henry and Ethel Slocum Cole. She married Ennis James McFadden and he preceded her in death on Jan. 29, 1976. She later married Billy Joe Aaron and he preceded her in death on July 20, 1997. Billy and Virginia were truckers and traveled across the United States. Mrs. Aaron worked in the cattle ranching business, raised chickens for Tyson, and in healthcare as an LVN. She loved working in her yard, farm work, dancing, playing loud music and spending time with her family. One of her life long goals was to be able to leave behind a home and property for her family to live on after she was gone and her family is proud to say she accomplished that goal. Virginia loved everybody but especially her family. She also loved to cook and was known for her amazing homemade fudge. She was a hard worker, the life of the party and the wittiest firecracker you'd ever meet. Mrs. Aaron was a long-time member of the Shady Grove Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Ann Robinson and her brother, Jerry Cole.
She is survived by her son, Russell McFadden and wife Rachel; daughters, Rhonda McFadden, Donna Passmore and husband Ricky, and Dawn Gabel and husband Scott; sister Diane Cole; brothers Johnny and Mike Cole; 9 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
