Toy Sue Moss Meyers, 55, of Carthage, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016, in Carthage. She was born on May 27, 1961, in Leveland, TX to the late Cecil Thomas and Hazel Irene Ruthardt Moss. She graduated from Daingerfield High School with the class of 1979. She married Charles Lee Meyers on Dec. 19, 1994, in Carthage. She enjoyed arts and crafts, dancing, reading, working with her flowers, and adored her grandchildren. She was an optimistic person, loved food and was very adventurous.

Survivors include her husband, Charles of Carthage; daughters, Allison Fierro and husband Frank and Annalee Putman both of Carthage; sisters, Jeri Morgan and husband Pat and Treva Jones and husband Donald all of Longview; and grandchildren, Elena, Charles Jr., Elisa, Caleb, and Collin.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.
