Memorial services for Mr. Tony Peters, age 28 of the Deadwood Community will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5, 2006 in the Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Tom Campbell officiating. Mr. Peters passed away on Monday, April 3, 2006 at his residence in Deadwood.
Tony Joe Peters was born on August 17, 1977 in Texas City, Texas to Mark Peters and Pam Love Wellborn. He graduated from Carthage High School in 1995 and formerly worked as a Roughneck for Nabors drilling. He had lived in Panola County since 1991 moving from Liverpool, Texas. Mr. Peters was of the Catholic faith. He is preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Laura Davis and his grandfather, Henry Peters.
Mr. Peters is survived by his father Mark Peters and wife Patty of Liverpool, Texas; mother, Pam Wellborn and husband James of the Deadwood Community; two brothers, Jason Peters of Liverpool, Texas and Charles Peters and wife Rachel of the Deadwood Community; niece, Emily Peters; two nephews, Austin Peters and Clayton Peters. Many wonderful friends also survive Mr. Peters.
