William Dean "Todd" Hall, Jr., 55, of Longview, Texas, formerly of Imperial, California, passed away, with his family and friends by his side, on Tuesday morning, March 1, 2022, in Longview, Texas. Todd was born on June 30, 1966, in Brawley, California to William Dean Hall, Sr. and Catherine Louise Cook Hall. He attended El Centro High School, graduating with the class of 1984. Todd served in the United States Army and he was honorably discharged. He married the love of his life, Kimberly Dawn Edgmon, on October 21, 1995, in Laughlin, Nevada. Todd retired on March 1, 2018, after working 27 years for Imperial County Sheriff's Office in El Centro, California, where he was a Correctional Sgt. He was so proud of his son, Hunter, and enjoyed going to his rodeos. He was Hunter's biggest supporter. Todd was an avid BBQer and was on the Big Boys BBQ team while he lived in California. He was a lifelong fan of the Raiders football team. He loved riding his Harley and socializing with his friends. Todd's life always revolved around his family and friends. He was full of life and was always joking around or picking on someone. He always lived like there was no tomorrow! He will be greatly missed!
Todd is survived by his wife, Kim Hall; son, Hunter Hall; parents, William and Cathy Hall; and sisters, Sharon Yates and husband Steve and Karen Oatsvall and husband John. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
A funeral service will be held at 12 noon Thursday, March 17, 2022, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Mike Thomas officiating. Interment with Military honors will follow in Rosewood Park Cemetery in Longview, Texas.
Pallbearers will be Hunter Hall, Guy Edgmon, Mike Goodspeed, Dalton Tucker, Mike Reeves, Lupe Rivera, Cole Edgmon, and Nathaniel Castleberry.
