Teagan Amberlie Boniol, 15, of DeBerry, Texas, passed away on Wednesday evening, April 22, 2020. She was born on April 22, 2005, in Longview, Texas to Jamie and Warren Boniol, Jr. Teagan was a freshman at Panola Early College High School in Carthage and was working on her Associates Degree in Education at Panola College. She loved cats, cacti, and anything that involved the 1980's. Teagan lived most of her lifetime in Panola County and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, David Bryan, Jr. and an infant sister, Chloe Annemarie Boniol.

Survivors include her parents, Jamie and Buford Briggs of DeBerry, Warren Boniol, Jr. and Monica Boniol of Carthage, and Kimmy Dodge of Carthage; siblings, Bryce Boniol, Jonathan Briggs, and Braxton Gaines all of DeBerry and Breagan, Matthew, Kaein, and Negan Boniol all of Carthage; grandparents, Lee and Sherri Briggs of DeBerry, Melanie Mouton-Tedder of Chandler, and Jamie Smith Hudson of Carthage; great-grandmother, Sue Smith of Carthage; aunts, Gillian Singler and husband John, Kylie Tedder, Misty Boniol, Kelsea Daniels, Krysta Hammock; and uncle, Cody "Opey" Tedder. Numerous cousins, other family and many friends also survive Teagan.

The family will hold a memorial service at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2020, at Friendship Baptist Church with Bro. Bob Scott officiating. Friends are invited to attend via live stream from the Facebook page of Friendship Baptist Church. Cremation arrangements are by Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.
