Graveside services for Mrs. Susan Ann Bearden Prince, age 52, of Carthage, TX, will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010, at Walnut Springs Cemetery in the Walnut Springs Community of Panola County, TX with Bro. Billy Shoffner officiating under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 12 Noon on Thursday at the funeral home prior to the graveside service. Mrs. Prince passed away on Sunday evening, Dec. 5, 2010, in Longview.

Susan Ann Holt Bearden Prince was born on March 9, 1958, in Farmington, NM to Norman Gene and Joyce Lee Mayhaw Holt. She had lived her lifetime in Carthage and was a member of the Abundant Life Church in Carthage. Susan was preceded in death by her father; two brothers, Stan Dooling and Steve Holt; one daughter, Bridget Bearden Foshee; and one great-grandson, Baby Braylen Allison.

She is survived by her mother, Joyce Lee Hudson and husband Billy of Carthage; husband, Larry Prince of Longview; one daughter, Mandy Grisham and husband Toby of Carthage; one brother, Jimmy Ashley Holt of Nacogdoches; one sister, Karen Holt Ishee of Carthage; one grandchild, Hope Foshee; two nephews, Shane Shadowens and Casey Ishee; and one great-nephew, Derek Ishee.Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and many friends also survive Susan.
