Shirley Small, 81, of DeBerry, TX, passed away on Thursday morning, Feb. 21, 2019. Shirley Ann Coats Small was born on July 23, 1937, in Yukon, OK to the late Clint and Irene Miller Coats. Mrs. Small was the first licensed female butcher in the State of California, where she worked for Alpha Beta, now known as ABCO, until her retirement.
