Shirley Ann Dennis, 81, of Lindale, TX, passed away on Sunday night, Nov. 22, 2020, at her home in Lindale. Shirley Ann Stone was born on Sept. 23, 1939, in Big Sandy, Upshur County, TX to the late George Alonzo and Euda Belle Smith Stone. Shirley married James Fayne "Jimmy" Dennis on Dec. 1, 1955, in Tyler, TX and he preceded her in death on Dec. 2, 2014. Mrs. Dennis worked as an LVN for many years until her retirement. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Bud Stone.

Survivors include her son, Daniel Dennis of Lindale; brother, Tommy Stone of Whitehouse; and sisters, Dee Daniels and Lee Williams both of Gilmer.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2020, at Roselawn Cemetery in Mineola with Art Harkins officiating.
