Serafina Marie Sablan Wiggins, 53, of Beckville, passed away on Monday morning, Jan. 11, 2016, in Carthage. She was born on March 19, 1962, in Tamuning, Guam to Francisco and Soledad Anderson Sablan. She graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School in San Jose, CA with the class of 1980. Mrs. Wiggins married Jeffery Allen Wiggins, Sr. on Sept. 22, 1990, in Buna, TX. She worked as a CNA for many years. Mrs. Wiggins moved to Beckville in 2005, from Buna. She was preceded in death by her father.

Mrs. Wiggins is survived by her mother, Soledad Anderson of San Jose, CA; husband Jeffery Allen Wiggins, Sr. of Beckville; five children, Naomi Lynn Rios and husband Jose of Beckville, Nadine Ann Rios of San Jose, Natalie Marie Wiggins and husband Raffy of San Jose, Jeffery Allen Wiggins, Jr. and wife Dianna of Beckville, and Nancy Vera Whitlow and husband Buddy of Beckville; five brothers, Frank Sablan and wife Adrianna of Los Banos, CA, Benny Sablan and wife Susan of San Jose, Joseph Sablan and wife Minnette of San Jose, Andrew Sablan of San Jose, and Thomas Sablan of San Jose; one sister, Maragret Oyos and husband Phil of San Jose; and 14 grandchildren with one on the way.
