Sally Ann Bourlon, 82, of Carthage, Texas, formerly of McAllen, Texas, passed away Wednesday afternoon, January 8, 2025, in Carthage. She was born in Casa Grande, Arizona on July 8, 1942, to the late Clive Clarence and Ethel Mae Amos Gadberry.

Sally married Paul Edward Bourlon, Jr. on December 23, 1959, at the First Baptist Church in Mission, Texas and he preceded her in death on March 17, 2014. She moved to Carthage in 2014, where she attended Northside Christian Center. She was also preceded in death by siblings, Lucille Yarbrough, Freddy Gadberry, and Earl Gadberry.

She is survived by her children, Bobby Lee Bourlon and wife Gracie, Debra Chandler and husband John, Carla Joy Sanchez and husband Santos, Kelly Jo Zoerner and husband Roel, and Larry Ray Bourlon and wife Andrea; brother, Morris Gadberry; sister, Shirley Elliott; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren with one on the way.

A private interment will be held at Rehobeth Cemetery under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.
