A visitation for Mrs. Rose Corshia, 57, of Carthage, will be held from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home. Mrs. Corshia passed away on Thursday morning, Sept. 3, 2015, in Longview.

Rose June Weatherbee Corshia was born on Dec. 23, 1957, in Boston, MA to the late Walter Henry and Rose June Corshia Weatherbee. She married James Christopher Corshia on Nov. 26, 2004, in Carthage. Rose loved oil painting, working outside with her plants, collecting chef accessories, and dogs. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Mark Cox.

Mrs. Corshia is survived by her husband, James Corshia; son, Kristopher Corshia; daughter, Robyn Corshia and fiancé Kane Klysen all of Carthage; brothers, George Weatherbee of Gary and Roger and Ronald Cox of Phoenix, AZ; sisters, Linda, Latricia, and Tina Cox all of Phoenix; mother-in-law, Joanne Corshia and brother-in-law, Mike Corshia both of Carthage.
