Robert Stuart Nisbett, 83, of Longview, TX, passed away on Monday morning, Nov. 15, 2021, in Longview. He was born on Sept. 7, 1938, in Houston, TX to the late John Perry and Tommie Pearl Harris Nisbett. Mr. Nisbett graduated from Carthage High School with the class of 1956. He attended the University of Texas in Austin where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence. Mr. Nisbett was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia B. Nisbett and a step-son, William Heimbach.

Mr. Nisbett is survived by his brother, James Nisbett and wife Dorothea of San Antonio; step-daughter, Kim Horn; step-grandchildren, Zach and Zoey Horn; step-great-grandchildren, Haidyn, Huxlee, and Sarah; and step-sons, Michael and Raymond Cooper.

Cremation arrangements are by Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.
