Robert Finney, 73, of Carthage, passed away Friday, October 21, 2016 at his residence in Carthage. He was born June 19, 1943 in Tuskegee, Alabama to James L. and Willie Mae Lamb Finney. He was a truck driver and was a veteran in the U.S. Army.
