Ricky Don Easley, age 65, of Beckville, Texas, passed away on Thursday morning, August 15, 2024, at home near Beckville. He was born on August 4, 1959, in Lone Star, Texas to the late Curtis Leon and Mary Victoria Miller Easley. He married Jennifer Trent and she preceded him in death on May 31, 2023, after 22 years together. Ricky worked as an engineer for Texas Eastman until his retirement. He enjoyed drag racing in his younger years, golfing and fishing. Ricky was of the Baptist faith. He was also preceded in death by his in-laws, Carl and Patsy Trent.

He is survived by his daughters, Janna Prinster and husband Ed and Joni Lambright and husband Robert; brothers, David Easley and wife Sherry, Steve Easley, and Curtis Easley; sister, Diane Wakeland; grandchildren, Jace and Brett Miller, Will Prinster, and Hunter, Jackson, Blakely, and Evie Lambright; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, August 19, 2024, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Pat Reeves officiating. Interment will follow in Glenwood Hilltop Cemetery near Gilmer. The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home prior to the funeral service.

Pallbearers are George Steele, Pat Reeves, Patrick Reeves, David Chappell, Taylor McMann, and Daniel Easley.
