Obituary
Rhonda Lynette Garcia, 66, of Carthage, TX, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2019, in Tyler, Texas. She was born on September 20, 1952, in Indiana. Mrs. Garcia worked for many years as a waitress. She is survived by her husband, Frank Rougely of Carthage. Cremation arrangements are by Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.
