Graveside services for Mrs. Renzie Caroline "Bitty" Mayo, 87, of Shreveport, Louisiana formerly of Springhill, Louisiana and Panola County, Texas will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 9, 2007 at Langley Cemetery with Brother E. J. Adams and Mr. Willie James Metcalf officiating under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Mrs. Mayo passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2007 in Shreveport.

Renzie Caroline Dailey "Bitty" Mayo was born on July 15, 1919 in Beckville, Texas to James Carr and Nannie Elizabeth Odom Dailey. Mrs. Mayo had lived in Shreveport since 1992 moving from Springhill. She was of the Pentecostal faith.

Mrs. Mayo is survived by one son, Tommy Lynn Mayo and one daughter, Nancy Ruth Dailey both of Lufkin. Numerous nieces, nephews, and friends also survive Mrs. Mayo.

Serving as pallbearers are Clarence Voss, Tom Voss, James Elton Williams, Willie James Metcalf, Bill Dailey, and Dan Dailey.
