Reggie Cecil Allain, a beloved father known for his warmth, humor, and generous spirit, passed away on April 23, 2026, in Carthage, Texas. Born on March 25, 1958, in East Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Reggie lived a life marked by kindness and an enduring commitment to his friends and loved ones.

Reggie was best remembered for the remarkable generosity he extended to everyone around him—truly a man who would give the shirt off his back. His social personality was a cornerstone of his character; he was known for his humor, quick wit, and advice. If you knew him, you knew he loved to tear up the dance floor. Reggie’s presence in any room. would bring laughter and light, qualities that endeared him deeply to family, friends, and acquaintances alike.

Reggie is lovingly survived by his daughters, Karen Martin and Lacey Bealer (Michael); and his step-children, Tracy Martin (Lonnie Reed), Stacey Stephens (John Dale), and J.D. Martin (Leanne), who all carry forward his legacy with great pride. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Britian Langford (Kimmy), Bryton Allain, Brennan Martin, Brayden Martin, Alyssa Masters, and Johnathan Martin; two great-grandchildren, Sammy Essery and River Williams; step-grandchildren, Aidyn Cariker, Aspyn Martin, Kamdyn Martin, Krystin Martin, Ashley Vance, Brian Vance, Matt Harsh, and Timothy Harsh, all of whom brought immense joy to his days; and his sister, Sheryl Barnett (Malcolm), who is a very loving, supportive, and cherished member of his family. Reggie’s close friends Norman Hunt, Randy Hicks, Lindy Britton, Tiffani Harris and Sandra Harris, along with many other dear friends, grieve his loss alongside the family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Edith Whitehead Allain, whose memory he treasured; and his cousin, Kaylem Matherene.

Reggie Cecil Allain’s life was a testament to generosity, laughter, and unwavering loyalty. His memory will endure through the lives he touched and the love he so freely gave. He leaves behind a profound legacy of kindness and joy, and he will be sorely missed by all who had the honor to know him.
