Obituary

Regena Tompkins Millsap passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her family, on April 20, 2022 in McKinney, Texas at the age of 79. She was born to Claud and Ruth (Sharp) Tompkins on February 28, 1943 in Beckville, Texas.

Regena is survived by her daughter, Eva Ruth Johonnesson and husband, Jason of McKinney, Texas; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Neal and husband, Greg, Dayton Johonnesson and wife, Ayanna, Dylan Davis, and Dalton Johonnesson; great grandson, River Neal; sister, Jeanette Evans; and many wonderful and special nieces, nephews, along with special family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Claud and Ruth Tompkins, and four brothers.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 25, 2022 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Fairview, Texas. The family will receive friends for a visitation from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday evening at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. Following the service, a procession will make its way to Youngblood Cemetery in Beckville, Texas for a committal service under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.
