Pearl Hodge, 63, of Gary, TX, passed away on Friday night, Feb. 28, 2020, in Carthage, TX. Fannie Pearl Hodge was born on Feb. 1, 1957, in Carthage to the late L.B. and Sylvia Bell Downing Hodge. Pearl had lived her lifetime in Panola County and was of the Assembly of God faith. She was one of God's children from the day she was born and was a blessing to all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, William, Clyde, Odell, Martell, Waymon, and H.L. Hodge and Twila B. Andrews.

Left to cherish her memory are her siblings, Rusty Hodge and wife Sharon of Gary, David Hodge and wife Beverly of Old Center, Clauden Hodge of Gary and Pansy Hodge and husband Bryan Neimtschk of Gary and sisters-in-law, Sandra Hodge of Carthage and Cathy Hodge of Gary.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. E.J. Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7 on Monday at the funeral home.
