Obituary
Mrs. Nelle Cole, age 86 of DeBerry, Texas passed away on Friday morning, February 9, 2007 at her residence in DeBerry. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Arkansas.
Nelle Lucile Fleet Cole was born on July 22, 1920 in Shelby County, Tennessee to Thomas Cecil and Lucile Hudson Fleet. She worked as a school teacher for Crossett School District in Crossett, Arkansas. She married Richard E. Cole who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Cole is survived by four daughters, Betty Kates of DeBerry, Ruby Lord of Cane Hill, Arkansas, Laura Adams and husband Duane of Chester, Arkansas, and Diana Cassidy and husband Bruce of Frankfurt, Kentucky; one step-son, James David Cole of Plano, Texas; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
