A funeral service for Nancy "Annette" Haden Longino, 89, of Pasadena, Texas, will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday, April 27, 2015 at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Rock Hill Cemetery near Beckville. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 noon prior to the funeral service on Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Longino died of natural causes at her home in Houston on Wednesday, April 22, 2015.

Nancy "Annette" Haden Longino was born on April 17, 1926, in Marshall to the late Herman and Annie Majors Haden. During her life, Annette was a wife and mother who served her community as an active member of the PTA, a room mother at Patterson Elementary, and as a Cub Scout den mother. She was a creative person who enjoyed many hobbies including ceramics, oil painting, genealogy, traveling, and interior design. She was also an animal lover and philanthropist who supported many charities, with special favorites being the SPCA and CAPS. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Captain Tom E. Longino and brothers, Alton, Harvey, and William "Bo" Haden.

Mrs. Longino is survived by her son, Steven and daughter-in-law, Donna of Pasadena; sisters, Jewel "Estelle" Haden of Beckville and Sally Haden Murray of Marshall; and numerous beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Honorary pallbearers will be nephews, James C. Stephens and Danny Paul Stephens, friend and neighbor, Patrick Gibbons; and great-nephews, Shawn Stephens, Jonathan Stephens, and Tommy Stephens.
