A funeral service for Mrs. Maybelle Gregoire, 100, of Carthage, will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby Earl Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Murvaul Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-7 on Tuesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Gregoire passed away on Sunday night, Jan. 4, 2015, in Tyler.

Maybelle Jeffress Harvey Bone Gregoire was born on Aug. 6, 1914, in Long Branch, TX, to the late Dillard H. and Pearl Arnold Jeffress. She married Owen C. Harvey, Fred Bone, and Edward Gregoire all of which preceded her in death. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She loved playing 42. Mrs. Gregoire was of the Baptist faith. She was also preceded in death her son, Louis Bardell Harvey.

Survivors include, daughters, Janelle Harvey Washburn and LaVerle Harvey Ellis and husband Floyd; daughter-in-law, Jane Armstrong Harvey; 9 grandchildren, Roger Harvey, Tim Harvey, Paul Harvey and wife Pam, Amanda Washburn, Sheri Washburn Makayan and husband Philip, Mark Washburn, Todd Ellis and wife Caroline, Julia Ellis Jeschke, and Susannah Ellis Berman and husband Adam; 10 great-grandchildren, Traci Harvey Smith and husband Will, Robbie Harvey and wife Brook, Garrett Harvey, Badie Harvey, Matt Washburn, Ella Berman, Marlo Berman, Megan Nosworthy, Steven Nosworthy, and Bryan Nosworthy; and 7 great-great-grandchildren, Wyatt Smith, Briar Smith, Laken Smith, Graysie Smith, Mary Kateland Smith, Addison Harvey, and Cason Harvey.

Pallbearers are Todd Ellis, Mark Washburn, Randy Liedtke, Robbie Harvey, Badie Harvey, and Steven Nosworthy.
