Graveside service for Marguerite Shahan Griffin will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at Cool Springs Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Butler officiating. The family will receive friends at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Logansport on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 from 5:00 until 9:00 PM.

Marguerite was born February 19, 1922 to Henry and Beatrice Williams Shahan in Logansport and passed away December 15, 2014 in Carthage, TX.Local arrangements are under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.

She is preceded in death by her husbands Claude E. Griffin, Sr. and Marvin Burns; son George Raymond Hogg; parents, and brothers Benton Shahan, Cleveland Shahan, Buster Shahan, Don Shahan, Harold Shahan, and Wendell Shahan.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons Robert Hogg and wife Lisa, Donald Hogg and wife Lavenda, Steve Hogg, Cleve Hogg and wife Patti, Claude Griffin, Jr, and Danny Griffin and wife Kim; 17 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
