Margaret Ruth Wilkerson, 76, of Carthage, TX, passed away on Friday morning, Jan. 17, 2020, in Carthage. She was born on Nov. 15, 1943, in Panola County, TX to the late Eugene S. and Eunice Mims Wilkerson. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Gladys Miller, Olgia Faye Stephenson, Oredian Cranmore, Robbie Frizzell, and Avis Wilkerson; and brothers, Howard Wayne Wilkerson, Eddie Wilkerson, and James O. Wilkerson.

She is survived by her sister, Marie Shires and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and other relatives.

Cremation arrangements are by Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.
