Louis Wilson Bramblett, Jr., 83 passed from this world into his eternal home on July 5, 2024, after a lengthy battle with leukemia. Louis was born on December 28, 1940, as the only child born to Louis Wilson Sr. and Will Eva Cozart Bramblett. Louis served as marketing director for the nationwide group of the Automotive Recyclers Assn. as well as member and past president of the Carthage Kiwanis Club. Later in life Louis expanded his Christian outreach by associating with The Gideons International. He enjoyed spreading the name of Jesus on college campuses while handing out Gideon Bibles and speaking in local churches about the Gideon message and the message of Jesus Christ. He enjoyed Bible discussions, especially with his grandchildren as he focused to make sure his grandchildren were believers.

Louis was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Casey Bramblett Baker; sisters-in-law, Melba Langford (John), and Evelyn Dailey; brother-in-law Billy Dailey (Mary Lou); nephew Bobby Langford: and niece, Sandra Daily.
