Less Lee Minter, Jr., age 66, of Henderson, TX, passed away on Saturday afternoon, Oct. 14, 2023, in Shreveport, LA. He was born on Jan. 28, 1957, in Carthage to the late Less Lee Minter, Sr. and Sidgel Charlyn Adams Minter. Mr. Minter attended Beckville schools. He worked in the oil and gas and the pipeline industries as a heavy equipment operator. Mr. Minter enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his son, James Minter and wife Kasey; daughter, Laney Flournoy and husband Matthew; sister, Pat Minter Lewis and husband Lester T.; grandchildren, Remington and River Minter and Tayton Flournoy; nephews, Leslie Butler and his child Halie and Wesley Butler and his children, McKenna and McCullen.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 20, 2023, at Langley Cemetery with Jackie Harris officiating under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.
