Obituary
Graveside services for Mrs. Lanave Freeland, age 90 of Midland, Texas formerly of Andrews, Texas, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at Martin Cemetery. Mrs. Freeland passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2008.
Mrs. Freeland was born on January 12, 1918 in Dill City, Oklahoma. She married William G. "Buck" Freeland on August 12, 1943 in Morton, Texas. Mrs. Freeland was a teacher and counselor for Morton I.S.D. before her retirement. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Freeland was preceded in death by her husband, Buck on May 22, 1995 and a son-in-law, Clem A. Kuehler.
Mrs. Freeland is survived by two daughters, Lynne Kuehler of Granbury and Carol Ann Moose and husband Ron, of Midland; one son, Billy Freeland and wife Phyllis of Friendswood; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
