Kitty Stevanna Milam, 70, of DeBerry, TX passed away on Monday evening, Jan. 6, 2020, in Shreveport, LA. She was born on Sept. 26, 1949, in San Angelo, TX to Melvin Ray "Bill" and Eula Mae Williams Milam. She graduated from Laneville High School with the class of 1968. Kitty worked for AT&T for over 20 years and later for Fry Master in Shreveport until her retirement. She was a member of Haslam Baptist Church in Joaquin. Kitty was preceded in death by her father and her brother, Stephen Ray Milam.

Survivors include her mother, Eula Milam of Joaquin; sons, Bo Risinger and wife Kathy of Joaquin and Joshua Frazier and wife Jeran of Deadwood; grandchildren, Bryan, Jake, and Kaylee Risinger all of Joaquin; and nephew, Justin Milam of Joaquin.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 13, 2020, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jody Hooper officiating. A private inurnment will follow in Joaquin Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home prior to the memorial service.
