Graveside services for Mr. Kenneth Edward Baldwin, Jr., age 59 of Longview, Texas, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at Oddfellows Cemetery in Carthage with Brother David Goddard officiating under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home. Mr. Baldwin passed away on Friday morning, April 18, 2008 at his home in Longview.

Kenneth Edward Baldwin, Jr. was born on March 18, 1949 in Roseburg, Oregon to Kenneth Edward Baldwin, Sr. and Margie Murphy Baldwin. He graduated from Longview High School in 1967 and attended the University of Texas at Austin where he was employed by Balconies Research. He was later employed by PTS and worked as a salesman for Electrolux Vacuum Company in Longview for many years. Mr. Baldwin loved golf and fishing. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Baldwin was preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Baldwin is survived by his step-mother, Garland C. Baldwin of Longview; step-brother, Stephen H. Paine and wife Jan of Longview; aunt, Louise M. West of Carthage; uncle, Harold Lloyd Murphy and wife Rosemary of Orlando, Florida; and two nephews, Patrick and Randy Paine of Dallas.
