Judy V. Pierce

Judy V. Pierce, born on April 11, 1958, passed away on October 26, 2026, following a courageous battle with cancer. Judy was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and devoted fur mama. She will be deeply missed by her son, Ja Head, and his wife, Heidi; her four grandchildren, Logan, Jade, Nolin, and Avery; her three siblings; and her beloved fur baby, Tucker. She is also survived by her parents, Lane and MaryAnne Vail, whose love remained an important part of her life.

Throughout her journey, Judy was surrounded by the love of family and friends. Her strength and courage carried her through the challenges of cancer, and the memories she created with those who loved her will be treasured always.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Donna Eaves, who provided exceptional care and support from the very beginning. Her compassion and dedication were a blessing to Judy and her family throughout this difficult time. Judy leaves behind family and friends who will carry her memory in their hearts and cherish the time they were blessed to share with her. Her love will continue to live on through her children, grandchildren, family, and all those whose lives she touched.

Judy will be deeply missed, but she will never be forgotten.

Rest peacefully, Judy. Your fight is over, and you are forever loved. Fly high, Mammie.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 413 County Road 446 in Carthage.
