Jose Avila, 50, of Carthage, TX, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2020, at his home in Carthage. He was born on August 29, 1969, in El Paso, TX. Jose served in the Marine Corp and was honorably discharged. He worked at KGAS Radio and was a devoted friend and caregiver to Mrs. Doris Anderson.  He was also a devoted Christian.

The family of Doris Anderson greatly appreciate all the love and care shown to Mrs. Anderson by Jose.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.
