John Joseph Galiano, 71, passed away January 10, 2023, from multiple complications including Alzheimer's disease, at a nursing home in Carthage, Texas. He was born on September 8, 1951, to Joseph and Viola Gagliano in West Allis, Wisconsin. He was preceded in death by his parents. He held various jobs in Wisconsin and Texas, and was a former alumni director for LeTourneau University, from which he graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration in 1984. He received a diploma from Capernwray Bible School in Carnforth, England in 1980. In the 1970s, he also earned an Associate's Degree in electro-mechanical technology from Milwaukee Area Technical College and worked at Wisconsin Electric Power Company.

He is survived by sons William Galiano (Samantha) and Joey Gagliano, grandson Zachary Gagliano, sister Diana (Peter) Giljohann, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family is grateful for care provided by staff at Carthage HealthCare Center and Heart's Way Hospice.
