Joe Albert Rios, 37, of San Angelo, TX formerly of Beckville, TX, passed away on Saturday morning, Oct. 19, 2019, in Beckville. He was born on April 25, 1982, in Henderson, TX to Rosa Irma Cuj and Eloy De la Cruz Rios. Joe attended Beckville schools. He married Georgina Lopez on Dec. 1, 2004, in Carthage. Joe worked for many years as a shop foreman in the oil field service industry. He was a Christian.

Survivors include his wife, Georgina Rios of San Angelo; sons, Joe Anthony Rios and Jayden Albert Rios of San Angelo; father, Eloy Rios of Beckville; mother, Rosa Cuj of Bossier City; brothers, Ovidio Rios of Ft. Worth, Alexander Rios of Georgia, and Victor Rios of Beckville; sister, Maria Rios of Oklahoma; and numerous loving nieces, nephews, in-laws, other relatives, and many friends.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2019, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
