Jeremy Tramaine Strong, 36, of Henderson, Texas formerly of Carthage, Texas, passed away on Friday afternoon, March 15, 2024, in Henderson. He was born on January 17, 1988, in Longview, Texas to Fredrick Leo Strong and Cathy Ann Osborn. Jeremy graduated from Carthage High School with the class of 2006. He worked for Phoenix Water Transfer, a Bossier City, Louisiana oil field company. Jeremy has lived in Henderson for the past 11 years moving there from Carthage. He was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church in the Hollands Quarter Community. Jeremy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lillian and Lovis Osborn and Doretha and Ezra Strong.

He is survived by his mother, Cathy Lister (Paul); father, Fredrick Strong (Carolyn); fiance, Leslie Jackson; children, Zaneiya Davis, Brayden Leatch, Jaylee Strong, and Jeremiah Strong; and siblings, Lonterio Osborn, Brandon Strong, Trevor Cooper, and Keldrian Strong. Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends also survive.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at Pine Grove Baptist Church with Bishop Hubert Owens officiating under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Holland Quarters Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel.

Pallbearers are Kiffany Hodge, Ike Coleman, Kelb Allison, JaHaven Roquemore, Trumaine Jackson, B.A. Alexander, Kel Hines, Alex Jones, Bentarious Anderson, Andrew Allison, and Valton Roberts.  Honorary pallbearers are Lonterio Osborn, Carlos Hodge, Sheldon Strong, Byron Roberts, Brayden Leatch, Brandon Strong, DeBraden Osborn, Brandon Strong, Jr., Lovis Hall, Jeremiah Strong, Trevor Cooper, Keldrean Strong, Malicah Hall, Wesley Jackson, and James Ware.
