Jane Robinson, 65, of Beckville, Texas passed away on Sunday morning September 4, 2022 in Lufkin, Texas. Jane was born September 30, 1956 in El Paso, Texas to the late Kenneth LeRoy and Dorothy Virginia Llewellyn Eatinger. She was a Beckville High School graduate with the class of 1974. Jane married Eddie Ray Robinson on June 3, 1976 in Clayton, Texas and together they celebrated 43 years until he preceded her in death on June 9, 2019. Mrs. Robinson worked for 22 years as an assistant to the Dean of the College of Liberal and Applied Arts at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches and retired in December of 2020. Jane was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Bethel Baptist Church in Clayton. She loved traveling with her sisters and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchild. Jane is also preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Tommye Hardwick.

Mrs. Robinson is survived by her son, Tim Robinson and wife Dana of Logan; daughter, Lindsey Mott and husband Joe Frank of Lufkin; brother, Kenneth L. Eatinger and wife Kathy of Florida; sisters, Lea Ann Beard and husband Lonnie of Georgetown, Phyllis Harris and husband Don of Beckville, Kim Ivy of Georgetown, and Kitty Chambers and husband Buck of Beckville; four grandchildren; and one great grandchild. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive Jane.

Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Friday, September 9, 2022 at the Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. William Carroll officiating. Burial will follow in the Clayton Cemetery under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Joe Frank Mott, Kent Harris, Nick Moore, Chad Parks, Clay Standard, and Chris Vandenberg.
