A memorial service for Mr. James Wilson Elliott, age 35 of Vernal, Utah formerly of Beckville, Texas will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 2, 2006 in the Chapel of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home with Mr. Dennis Smith officiating. Mr. Elliott was laid to rest at Vernal Memorial Park Cemetery in Vernal Utah on Friday, August 25, 2006. He passed away on Monday, August 21, 2006 from injuries sustained in an ATV accident.

James Wilson Elliott was born January 12, 1971 in San Antonio, Texas to Dayton Wayne and Phyllis Murray Elliott Sr. James graduated from Beckville High School in 1991. He married Crystal Thomas on February 2, 1999 in Vernal, Utah. James loved being outdoors camping, hunting bears, mountain lions, and most of all coons. He enjoyed watching football, NASCAR, and spending time with his family and friends.

Mr. Elliott is survived by his wife, Crystal Thomas of Vernal, Utah; five children, Preston, Gunner, Spring, Payton and Ashley of Vernal, Utah; father and mother-in-law, Dale and Suzette Boren of Vernal, Utah; seven brothers, William Elliott of Pittsburg, Texas, Dayton Elliott, Jr. and wife Renea of the Dotson Community, Charles Elloitt and wife Jen of Beatrice, Nebraska, Conan Elliott of Beckville, Texas, John Elliott and wife Casey of Hallsville, Texas, Nathan Elliott and wife Sara of Longview, Texas, and Kevin Elliott of Longview, Texas; four sisters, Melissa Cantrell and husband Kenny of Bald Knob, Arkansas, Evonne Leggett of Beckville, Texas, Sheila Jones and husband Tim of Beckville, Texas, and Jeri Marie Robertson; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.
