James Christopher Corshia, 56, of Carthage, Texas, passed away on Tuesday morning, June 20, 2023, in Carthage. He was born on April 13, 1967, in Plymouth, Massachusetts to Ralph Michael Corshia, Jr. and Joanne Marie Rainville Corshia. James graduated from Plymouth Carver High School with the class of 1985. He worked for Dunkin Donuts and Tyson Foods. James married Rose June Weatherbee in Carthage on November 26, 2004, and she preceded him in death on September 3, 2015. He attended Still Waters Cowboy Church. James enjoyed watching the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, Boston Bruins, and the Boston Celtics. He was also preceded in death by his father, Ralph Michael Corshia, Jr.; and daughter, Rachel Corshia

He is survived by his mother, Joanne Corshia; son, Kristopher Corshia; daughter, Robyn Klysen and husband Kane; brothers, Mike Corshia and Gary Corshia; aunts, Marylynn Corshia and Frann Corshia; grandchildren, Luke Klysen and Wade Klysen; and his loving dog, Jojo.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at Still Waters Cowboy Church.  Cremation arrangements are by Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.
