Jacqueline Mitchell, 70, of DeBerry, Texas, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021, in Shreveport, Louisiana. She was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on July 12, 1951, to the late Josie Michael and Naomi Tiger Mitchell. Jacqueline attended school in Oklahoma and graduated with the Classen High School class of 1969, in Oklahoma City. She then earned her Associate's Degree from Bacone College in Muskogee, Oklahoma.  She retired from Organon Tech. in Oklahoma City after many years of service. Jacqueline was American Indian with the Seminole/Creek Tribe. She was of the Baptist faith and was a member of DeBerry Baptist Church. She loved gardening and took pride and joy in her beautiful lawn and flowers.  Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Prentice James Tiger and Josie Mike "Bull" Mitchell

She is survived by her children, Amber Nicole Pfeffer and husband Matthew and Chelsea Rae Phillips and husband Kyle; nieces and nephews, Lisa Tiger, James "Bubba" Tiger, Stephanie Morrow, and Rusty Perkins; and grandchildren, Izayah Phillips, Hunter Drake Phillips, Cole Matthew Pfeffer, and Ryleigh Rae Phillips.

Cremation arrangements are by Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.
