Graveside services for Mr. Huey P. Hicks, 71 years of Beckville, Texas will be held Thursday, February 22, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. at Bethel Cemetery near Beckville, Texas with Reverend William Brown officiating. Services are under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.

Mr. Hicks was born October 3, 1935 in Beckville, Texas to Odis Hicks and Johnnie Boatman Hicks. He graduated from Sunset High School in Beckville. Mr. Huey P. Hicks passed away on Monday, November 20, 2006 in Beckville, Texas. He was proceeded in death by his parents and one brother; Ivory L. Hicks.

He is survived by his wife Jeannene Hicks of Beckville, Texas. Four sons: four daughters: four brothers: Bobby H. Hicks of Dallas, James O. Hicks of Beckville, Texas, Lindell Hicks and Earl C.Hicks, both of Longview, Texas. Three Sisters: Ever Hicks of Tyler, Texas, Alene Rease of Valejo, California, Gracie Atterberry of Seattle, Washington. A dear sister-in-law: Mary Hicks of Dallas, Texas and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
