Hazel Vonnez Kincheloe, 58, of Carthage, TX, passed away on Thursday afternoon, June 29, 2017, in Carthage. She was born on Sept. 1, 1958, in Hobbs, NM, to the late Tommy and Voncille Dunlap Potter. She graduated from Livingston High School with the class of 1977, and attended Panola College. She married Rodney Kincheloe on May 28, 1983, in Carthage. Vonnez was a member of the Panola County Republican Women. She attended First Baptist Church of Clayton.

Survivors include her husband, Rodney Kincheloe of Carthage and son, Lynn Alan Kincheloe of Tyler.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ken Stone officiating. Interment will follow in Restland Memorial Park near Carthage. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
