Gail Ann Tracey Ross, 61, of Beckville, TX, passed away on Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 25, 2016, in Longview. She was born on May 29, 1955, to the late John H. and Lione A. Harrison Tracey in Chicago, Ill. She graduated from Amundsen High School in Chicago with the class of 1973. Gail earned an Associates Degree in Electronics from Morton College in Chicago and worked for Xerox for many years. She married Marlin Dwain Ross on May 6, 1995, in Granbury, TX and moved to Beckville. She worked as an independent health and life insurance agent in the area for many years. Gail enjoyed camping, fishing, riding motorcycles, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Robert J. and Jerry A. Tracey.

Survivors include her husband Dwain Ross of Beckville; sons, Jason Pilto of Chicago and Johar Pilto and wife Nasrina of Marseilles, Ill; seven grandchildren; and brother, Thomas D. Tracey and wife Teri of Bartlett, Ill. Numerous cousins, other relatives, and many friends also survive Gail.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Dale Reed officiating. Interment will follow in Langley Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Bubba Ross, Michael Ross, Kevin Jester, Jonathan Shivers, Scott Anderson, and Jeff Bryant.
