Graveside services for Mrs. Francine M. Myrick, age 65 of Longview, Texas, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 24, 2008 at Centennial Cemetery with Brother Donald Scott officiating under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Myrick passed away on Friday morning, March 21, 2008 in Longview, Texas.

Ola Francine Mullins Myrick was born on December 24, 1942 in Texas City, Texas to Thomas Clifton (Lick) and Frances Rich Mullins. Francine graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Tyler, Texas with the class of 1960. She married Haywood Earl Myrick on July 1, 1961. Mrs. Myrick loved bowling, Texas Rangers baseball, and fishing at Lake Fork. She had lived in Longview since 1964 moving from the Houston area. Mrs. Myrick was a member of the Greggton United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Mrs. Myrick is survived by her husband of 46 years, Earl Myrick of Longview, Texas; three sons, Chris Myrick of Avinger, Texas, Ronald Myrick of Longview, Texas, and Donald Myrick of Longview, Texas; two sisters, Marcelle Sanborn and husband Chuck of the Centennial Community of Panola County and Pam Cordray and husband Red of Newton, Texas; four grandchildren, Mitch, Courtney, Megan, and Blake; two nieces, two nephews, and many friends also survive Mrs. Myrick.
