Funeral services for Mrs. Elsie Faye Long Randermann, age 69, of Gary, TX, will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2011, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Dale Reed officiating. Interment will follow in Gary Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Randermann passed away on Saturday morning, Nov. 26, 2011, in Carthage.

Elsie Faye Long Randermann was born on Oct. 8, 1942, in Gary, TX to William Henry "Shorty" and Edna Faye Hoke Long. Mrs. Randermann worked as an operator at a machine shop until her retirement. She loved listening to country and western music and being with her family. Mrs. Randermann was a Baptist and had lived in Gary most of her life.

Mrs. Randermann is survived by two sons, Louie Fred Harrison and wife Cookie of Krotz Springs, LA and Lonnie Frank Harrison and wife Marie of Carthage; one daughter, Lisa Faye Hughes of Gary; one sister, Juanita Holcomb of Crosby; one half-brother, James Long of Palestine; one half-sister, Anna Kratz and husband Ronald of New Caney; grandson, Nathan Hughes; seventeen other grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers are Nathan Hughes, Lonnie Harrison, Jr., Chris Mims, Craig Hill, Nicki Hicks, and Rudy Vera.
