Eileen Cadenhead, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2024, at 5:15 P.M. She was born on January 13, 1929, in London England, and was 95 years old at the time of her passing.

Eileen was married to her loving husband, Leonard Cadenhead, on December 10, 1946, in Orange, Texas. Their union was a testament to enduring love, spanning over seven decades until Leonard's passing in December 2021.

For 71 years, Eileen resided in DeBerry, Texas, where she was an integral part of the community. She was a devoted member of the DeBerry Baptist Church, where she found solace, fellowship, and shared her faith with others.

Eileen's life will be celebrated with a graveside service at DeBerry Cemetery on Thursday, April 11th at 11:30 A.M., officiated by Pastor Eric Wilburn under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.

Eileen is survived by her three sons: Royston, George, and Roderick. She was a cherished grandmother to seven grandchildren: Scott, Jason, Heather, Erik, Hillary, Mallory, and Rawley. Additionally, she leaves behind ten great-grandchildren: Hayden, Zachery, Gabriella, Mason, Preston, Austin, Savannah, Cade, Cooper, and Ellie as well as three great-great-grandchildren:  Olivia, Vivian, and Thomas.

Eileen's legacy of love, kindness, and devotion will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love of those who went before her and the memories she leaves behind.
