A funeral service for Mrs. Dorothy Berry, 86, of Beckville, TX, will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 28, 2014, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Eltara Tyiska and Rev. Nakia Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to service at the funeral home. Mrs. Berry passed away on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014, in Beckville.

Dorothy Louise Murray Berry was born on June 26, 1928, in Macon, GA to the late John Henry and Agnes Ella Tutt Murray. She married Perry Lee Berry Sr. and he preceded her in death on March 30, 2000.

Mrs. Berry is survived by three sons, Perry L. Berry Jr. and wife Shirley, Johnny L. Berry and wife Debra, Timothy D. Berry and wife Kenyatta; daughter, Reva D. Berry; one sister, India Jackson; one brother, John H. Murray Jr. and wife Lucille; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; and also survived by Mrs. Berry is her faithful dog Robin Hood "Roby".
