Debra Boothe, 66, of Deadwood, Texas, passed away on Wednesday morning, August 11, 2021, in Carthage.  Debra Ann Hebert Boothe was born on April 16, 1955, in Abbeville, Louisiana, to the late Simeon and Anna Mae Duplantis Hebert. She graduated from Abbeville High School with the class of 1974 and later attended Panola College where she earned a Beauty Operator's Certificate.  Mrs. Boothe was of the Catholic faith.  Debra married Wiley Dwain Boothe on August 14, 1976, in Deadwood. She was a homemaker and loved quilting and cooking.  Debra was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Carol Quick.

She is survived by her husband, Wiley Boothe of Deadwood; children, April Walling and husband Ronnie, and Dallas Boothe and wife Parisse, all of Deadwood; siblings, Gerald Boudoin and wife Betty Jo of Jamestown, Louisiana, Joyce Kelso and husband Bob of Lafayette, Louisiana, Betty McClosky and husband Wayne of Erath, Louisana, Richard Hebert and wife Myra of Kaplan, Louisiana, and Yvonne Broussard and husband Ricky of Erath; special sister, Charmine Quibodeaux of Erath; and grandchildren, Savannah Boothe, Alex Walling, Ryder Boothe, Paxton Boothe, and Dylan Boothe.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, August 16, 2021, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with David Myers officiating. Interment will follow in Deadwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Waylon Quibodeaux, Kade LaGrone, Tony DeJohn, Shane Booker, Mike Isbell, and Ronnie Walling. Honorary pallbearers are Stacey Shows, Charles Blalock, and Wayne McClosky.
