Debbie Sharp Bennett, 64, of Beckville, TX, passed away on Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 1, 2019, at her home in Beckville. Debbie Sharp was born in Carthage, TX on Feb. 23, 1955, to the late Excell L. and Alice Maurine Sanders Sharp. She attended Beckville Schools. Debbie married Donny Bennett on July 10, 2004, in Kilgore. She moved back to Beckville 20 years ago from Houston and attended Highridge Church in Longview.

She is survived by her husband, Donny Bennett of Beckville; children, Amy Dukes Bailes and husband Cody of Grayson, LA and Matthew Dukes of Beckville; siblings, Lynn Sharp and wife Sherron of Whitehouse, Sandra Sharp East of Houston, and Johnny Wade Sharp of Beckville; numerous grandchildren including, Hannah, Rachel, Debra, Andrea, and Landon; and one great-grandchild.

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4, 2019, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jerry Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in Youngblood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home prior to the funeral service.
