Collin James Gage, 28, of Tatum, Texas, passed away on Sunday night, June 16, 2024, in Tatum. He was born on June 25, 1995, in Longview, Texas to Robert Warren Gage and Kimberly Ann Jahr. He moved to Tatum in 2001, from Hallsville, Texas. Collin graduated from Tatum High School with the class of 2014, where he played football for the Eagles jersey #84. He loved hanging out with family and friends and having a good time. Collin worked for Bowman Surveying Marshall, Texas.

He is survived by his father, Robert Gage; grandparents, Robert and Karen Gage and Mike and Jeanie Jahr; great-grandfather, Harry James; siblings, Timothy Jahr and wife Tiffany, Ashley Gage and fiancé David Blackstock, Samantha Escobar and husband Paul, Veronica Gage, and Alex Gage; longtime girlfriend, Jessica Jones and her son; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, June 24, 2024, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel. The family will host a Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Collin at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at Tatum Football Stadium with Bro. Gary Chambers officiating.

Honorary pallbearers are Zach Pena, Chris Calhoun, Bo Cox, Cody Weaver, Trey Sterns, and Alan Palacios.
